## Narrative

An employee was placing material into a metal folding press to be fabricated when the operating pedal was engaged before her hand was out of the way of the moving parts. Her hand was caught in the machine, resulting in one broken bone in her right middle finger and one broken bone in her right ring finger. She was hospitalized.
