## Narrative

An employee was driving a commercial truck on public roadways while hauling poles and equipment for installation of electric utilities.  The truck's brakes did not hold the load while descending very steep terrain in a mountainous area. The truck crashed into the back of other vehicles and the employee was seriously injured, requiring hospitalization for head and other bodily trauma.
