## Narrative

An employee was using a sleever bar to separate a steel bar joist from a bundle that contained five steel bar joists. The nearest steel bar joist fell on the employee and rolled on the front of the employee's abdomen. The steel bar joist weighs approximately 1,500 pounds. The employee was hospitalized.
