On June 26, 2020, a steel chain on a roll-off truck trailer broke and struck an employee on the arm, causing fractured ribs, a fractured sternum, a small contusion to the right lung, a heart contusion, a broken right hand (at the metacarpal joint), and a wrist laceration.
