## Narrative

An employee was operating a manlift onto a levee dock ramp when the manlift began to slide down the levee for about 15 feet. The tires caught on the levee and the manlift flipped over sideways, causing the employee to land outside of the manlift basket. The employee was hospitalized with a broken leg.
