## Narrative

At 1:30 p.m. on August 14, 2020, an employee was shoveling dirt along the edge of a concrete curb into the path of a road grader. The road grader's wheel struck the employee from behind, causing a crushed foot, ankle, and lower leg. The employee was hospitalized.
