## Narrative

The injured employee delivered cement to the customer and was cleaning the chute on the concrete truck in the staging area established at the site for cleaning tools. A track hoe arrived at the staging area for cleaning. The injured employee was standing between the concrete truck and track hoe and was struck in the abdomen by the track hoe bucket. The employee was hospitalized.
