## Narrative

On August 28, 2020, around 4:13 a.m., an employee was preparing to help unload a trailer at a loading dock. As the employee was traversing from the loading dock to the trailer, he missed the trailer and fell to the ground. He put his right arm out, which took the force of the fall and resulted in a fractured right wrist.
