## Narrative

An employee was doing masonry work from a scaffold. A board dislodged when the employee stepped on it; the employee fell through the scaffolding to the ground about 12 to 15 feet below, suffering a head injury requiring staples, a left leg injury that required stitches, and a broken/sprained foot . The employee was hospitalized.
