## Narrative

An employee was in a lift bucket 10-12 feet off the ground, cutting a tree branch that was 8-10 inches thick. The branch split up the middle 3-4 feet above the employee's head, snapped back, and struck the employee in the torso. The employee suffered injuries to the liver and kidney, as well as a broken arm.
