## Narrative

The driver of a full-sized bus was replacing a set of drive belts that had broken/frayed while he was on route with a busload of passengers. While doing so, his hand was caught between the crank shaft pulley and a belt resulting in severe lacerations to fingers and a fingertip amputation.
