## Narrative

Employees were using an overhead crane to submerge metal I-beams and girders in a galvanizing dip tank. Other I-beams and girders were stacked on the shop floor waiting to be processed. The stack was bumped, causing three I-beams/girders (weighing about 4,000 pounds in total) to fall off and strike an employee's leg. The employee was hospitalized with multiple leg fractures.
