## Narrative

An employee went to check the pump behind the paint line and fell into a man-sized hole at the grating around the pump, landing 6 feet below on piping and the circulation pump. The employee sustained bruising, a laceration to a hand, a scrape on a leg, broken ribs, and internal bleeding.
