## Narrative

An employee was on the gondola using a stick to unblock rubber pellets inside the mixer. The track that ran the gondola was turned on and moved forward knocking the employee off the hopper. The employee fell between the gondola and the track below and suffered abrasions. The employee was hospitalized.
