## Narrative

An employee was about to unload a trailer. The employee opened the dock door and discovered that the last pallet on the end of the trailer was leaning and in jeopardy of falling over. He climbed over the pallet and lowered himself to the floor between it and the second row of pallets. As he came down, his right ankle twisted and struck the edge of the pallet. The ankle was lacerated and broken.
