## Narrative

On December 27, 2020, an employee was chipping ice under the ramp toe plate using a hand chipper. The employee walked backward to move from the area and struck the back of their head on a shackle attached to the frame of the ramp. The employee was hospitalized for a bruise/contusion and abrasion.
