## Narrative

At 8:30 a.m. on January 7, 20201, two employees were delivering materials. One of them was holding a cart to load the material, which included a metal package, when the package slid and caught the employee's left hand against the cart. He suffered a partial amputation to the index finger and was hospitalized.
