## Narrative

At 8:00 a.m. on January 11, 2021, a temporary employee was trying to adjust a truss on a conveyor roller before it went through a press. He was pulled off the ground by the rollers on the conveyor, then fell to the ground and suffered a possible fracture to the left arm.
