## Narrative

On January 28, 2021, a crane block and hook had been lowered to the ground for removal from the crane. As the crane load hook came in contact with the ground, an employee tried to rotate the load hook so the block/sheaves would come to rest in a vertical position on the ground. The hook became unstuck and his right foot was wedged between it and the load block. His little toe was broken.
