## Narrative

On February 10, 2021, an employee was carrying a 2x4 down the stairs when the 2x4 got caught on the permanent handrail causing the employee to fall approximately 4 to 5 steps down the stairs. The employee was hospitalized with a head injury and a fractured skull.
