## Narrative

On February 23, 2021, an employee was removing 4-inch by 4-inch posts from the tops of stacks of veneer before they were loaded into an industrial veneer dryer. While the employee was between stacks of pine veneer on the dryer's infeed chains, the employee was caught between two of the racks and suffered pelvis fractures. She was hospitalized.
