## Narrative

An employee was operating a logging-type truck with a grapple attached. An outrigger had been set for the truck, and the employee was setting the second outrigger when the first one slipped, causing the truck to pitch sideways. The employee was ejected, struck the ground, and suffered a broken left leg and an injury to the right shoulder.
