## Narrative

Employees were moving sows. An employee stepped out of a storage area, saw some sows coming down the hallway, and stepped back into the storage area. Before the employee could get the door latched, the sows hit the door, which knocked the employee down to the concrete floor. The employee suffered a broken left hip.
