## Narrative

A hardware installer was working on the fourth level of an apartment construction site. The employee was reaching for hardware that was on a forklift that had been raised to the fourth level and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a broken orbital bone, and lacerations to the face, torso, and right arm near the armpit.
