## Narrative

An employee was installing granite pavers along the platform edge. When the employee stood up from a kneeling position, he lost his balance, and fell about 4 feet 10 inches from the platform to a track bed. He suffered contusions to his right-side ribs, shoulder, and chest, with a possible fracture.
