## Narrative

An employee was on a 12-foot ladder working on a aluminum roof when he rotated and fell off the ladder, hitting a metal sign with his chest as he fell to the asphalt drive and concrete sidewalk/curb. He sustained fractured ribs and a bruised sternum.
