## Narrative

An employee was cleaning a clog out of a spray nozzle head for a spray gun. The spray gun activated while the employee's hand was over the nozzle head, causing chemical/material to penetrate the employee's right hand. The employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery to remove the chemical/material.
