## Narrative

An employee was adjusting a valve for an air cylinder to synchronize the lifters to lock a carriage on a conveyor line. He actuated it to cycle to check the adjustment. When it cycled, his right hand was pinched between the lifter and the rail and he suffered broken fingers.
