## Narrative

An employee was connecting a ground power unit to a tow tug. While the unit was being pulled toward the tow hitch, its tow tongue contacted the tow hitch and slipped. The employee's right middle finger was pinched/crushed between the tongue handle and the hitch, resulting in a partial amputation of the finger.
