## Narrative

On July 6, 2021, at 1:20 p.m., an employee was climbing a fixed vertical ladder to a commercial roof in order to install metal coping around the perimeter of the roof. The employee fell about 6 feet off the ladder to the concrete floor below, resulting in a head laceration with swelling and a left ankle injury.
