## Narrative

An employee was working from a scissor lift, helping cut a wooden display wall into small sections for removal. The employee cut a section free to be lowered. When it was pulled away from the wall, some attached electrical conduit pulled the entire wall toward the scissor lift and knocked it over. The employee fell to the concrete floor next to the lift, striking his head on the floor and suffering a head injury. He was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
