## Narrative

The injured employee was parked in a tugger. A reach truck driver was relocating a container that was behind a stack of containers. The forks came into contact with the stack of containers, tipping it over onto the injured employee's tugger. The injured employee was hospitalized with lacerations to both hands and the right side of their face.
