## Narrative

An employee was moving a cylinder assembly with a crane. The employee's hands were between the barrel of the cylinder and the piston. When pushing on the assembly with their hands, the piston fell back into place, catching the employee's right middle and ring fingers between the barrel and the piston. The right middle fingertip was amputated.
