## Narrative

An employee was making adjustments to a mill stand to remove a mark from a pipe. The employee placed his hand on the pipe and instructed another employee to jog the mill. The employee's right hand was crushed between a moving side pass roll and a pipe, resulting in compound fractures to their right hand, thumb, and middle finger.
