## Narrative

An employee had been welding on a jig/platform on the side of a mast. When the employee stepped off the jig and onto the platform, it tipped over and fell, pinning the employee to the ground. The employee suffered a collapsed lung, internal bleeding near the left kidney, and brain swelling.
