## Narrative

An employee was operating a scissor lift from about 20 feet in the air. A boom lift struck the scissor lift, which tipped over. The employee fell with the scissor lift, landing on the concrete floor and suffering a broken pelvis, broken lower vertebrae, a broken left elbow, and a brain bleed. The employee was hospitalized.
