## Narrative

An employee was on a catwalk above the auditorium performing maintenance work on an air handler unit. The employee was cleaning up when he fell over the guardrail onto the auditorium bleachers approximately 35 feet below. The employee sustained broken bones, lacerations, and a concussion and was hospitalized.
