## Narrative

An employee was helping to manually rotate a drive belt/pulley system on the delinting centrifuge. The employee's finger was caught and pinched between the belt and the pulley. The employee pulled his hand out, resulting in a degloving of a portion of his left ring finger and a fingertip amputation.
