## Narrative

An employee was installing light fixtures while standing on an 8-foot step ladder. While stripping a 12 AWG (American wire gauge) conductor, he was shocked, causing him to fall and hit his head on the concrete floor. The employee sustained a laceration to his forehead; a concussion; and orbital, sinus, and forehead fractures.
