## Narrative

An employee was on his daily route picking up specimens from clients' offices. As he was walking into a building, he tripped over a bicycle anchor located to the side of the building's main entrance. The employee fell on the brick pavers, resulting in a fractured left hip that required hospitalization and surgery.
