## Narrative

On March 10, 2022, two employees were about to change out a set of rubber tracks on a skid steer. They had hooked up the chains to attach the skid steer to a ceiling hoist and were beginning to raise its front when one employee noticed that the chains had slipped. The employee was trying to grab a chain when it crushed his left little finger against a piece of equipment on the skid steer's arm, resulting in a partial amputation.
