## Narrative

A crew was removing a storm-damaged tree. An employee, working in the tree, rigged down a limb. When the limb's branches hit the ground, the limb sprang back towards the employee and struck his right leg, pushing it into the tree trunk. He suffered an open fracture to the tibia.
