## Narrative

An employee was fire-watching for a crew doing hot work in a panel assembly department. While trying to clear the way for a forklift, he tripped over a 1.5-inch fire hose and fell to the concrete floor, suffering a laceration to the right eye with some vision loss. He was hospitalized.
