## Narrative

An employee was moving a stabilizer with an overhead crane. He set it down on the concrete and moved to remove the slings. The stabilizer rolled over onto his boot. He was trying to stop the stabilizer from rolling when its blade amputated the tip of the employee's right middle finger.
