## Narrative

An employee was installing antennas on the mast of a trailered boat. The employee was standing on a 6-foot A-frame ladder on the boat's platform when they fell 18-20 feet to the concrete surface beneath the boat, resulting in a fractured skull, a broken nose, and a fractured femur.
