## Narrative

Between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on May 3, 2022, an employee was clearing lots and cutting tree stumps and tops with a chainsaw. A log split, causing the employee's lower left leg to be caught between logs. The employee suffered a fracture and was hospitalized.
