## Narrative

On May 5, 2022, an employee was exposed to cyclohexylamine while investigating excess steam from the boiler room and maintenance tunnel. The employee suffered vomiting, high blood pressure and vertigo due to the exposure to cyclohexylamine and was hospitalized.
