## Narrative

An employee was operating a powered industrial truck (PIT) with a load of storage rack decking. The operator was traveling down a storage rack aisleway when the load struck a rack upright causing the load to be pushed back and strike the operator resulting in a laceration to left knee and fracture injuries.
