## Narrative

An employee was using a pry bar to place a stringer plate into alignment with the frame when the parts snapped into alignment and the employee's right middle finger and index fingertip were pinched between the parts. The employee's middle finger was lacerated and their index fingertip was partially amputated and fractured.
