## Narrative

An employee was using a die inverting machine. The employee tried to move out of the way of automotive parts that were falling off a line, but his right foot got caught on the guard of the machine. The parts fell onto the employee's lower right leg, resulting in a compound fracture. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
